What is VAGHAUS?
VAGHAUS is an independent, Lebanon-based Volkswagen Group electronics specialist that repairs Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini modules remotely for workshops in any country, through live DoIP sessions or ECU/module file services, without shipping modules.
Which remote services does VAGHAUS offer?
C123EF0 ABS repair as a live DoIP session, Audi Component Protection transfer, lithium battery BMS repair, airbag crash data reset, and Immo Off ECU file processing for lawful off-road, motorsport and development use.
How does a remote repair work?
Send the vehicle, VIN, fault code, module part number and your country. After compatibility is confirmed, live jobs connect through the VAGHAUS LB Connect Agent over DoIP, and file jobs are done by sending the module file and receiving the processed file back.
What does a workshop need for a live remote session?
A Windows laptop, a DoIP-to-OBD cable, a stable internet connection and the VAGHAUS LB Connect Agent. File services do not need the agent.
Which languages does VAGHAUS support?
English, Arabic and French.
How do workshops outside Lebanon pay?
International payment is accepted via Visa or Western Union. Payment is made after compatibility is confirmed.
