One portal for professional garages and automotive technicians, with access to all VAGHAUS remote services — constantly updated as new services are added. It is not bundled with the Connect Agent.

What is VAGHAUS LB Connect Agent?
VAGHAUS LB Connect Agent is the Windows application for connecting compatible vehicles to VAGHAUS for C123EF0 remote ABS repair and supported ENET/DoIP vehicle diagnostics. Connect Pro is a separate application intended for professional garages and technicians.
Unlike setups that rely on VPNs or third-party remote-desktop tools, the Agent is built for establishing supported remote vehicle sessions quickly and under your control. Download it once, keep it on your workshop laptop, and use it whenever a live remote job is booked.
What do you need for a remote DoIP session?

How do you set up the Connect Agent?
These instructions are for Connect Agent. Connect Pro is a separate garage application; request account access via the download section above.
- Extract & openDownload the archive, extract it, and open VAGHAUS LB Connect Agent on your Windows laptop.
- Connect the vehicleConnect the DoIP-to-OBD cable between the vehicle and laptop; turn the ignition ON.
- Wait for vehicle detectionWait for the vehicle detection line to turn green and show the detected IP address (for example,
169.254.1.1). MASTER STATUS may still show OFFLINE at this stage. - Enter workshop detailsEnter your Workshop Name (required) and describe the Job Reason.
- Connect to MasterClick Connect to Master to submit your connection request.
- Wait for acceptanceWait for VAGHAUS to accept the request. After acceptance and connection, MASTER STATUS: ONLINE appears.
Two separate statuses. Vehicle detection and master connection are separate statuses. A green vehicle IP does not mean the master is online. Keep the app open until the session ends.
Why is the Connect Agent safe to use?

What if the connection does not work?

Do file services need the Connect Agent?
No. Offline file services — lithium battery BMS repair, airbag crash data reset and Immo Off ECU file processing — work by exchanging files and do not require the agent. The Agent is used for supported live ENET/DoIP diagnostic sessions and C123EF0 remote repair. Connect Pro is downloaded separately.

What do I need to use the Connect Agent?

Is the remote DoIP connection safe?
Yes. The agent installs in two clicks with no VPN configuration. You remain in control: you request access, VAGHAUS handles the job, and you can drop the connection at any time.
Why does MASTER STATUS show OFFLINE when the vehicle is detected?
Vehicle detection and master connection are separate statuses. A green vehicle IP such as 169.254.1.1 only means the laptop sees the car. MASTER STATUS changes to ONLINE after you click Connect to Master and VAGHAUS accepts the request.
What if the vehicle is not detected?
Check that the DoIP-to-OBD cable is firmly connected at both ends, that the ignition is ON, and that the laptop network adapter used by the cable is enabled.
What if MASTER STATUS stays OFFLINE after Connect to Master?
Check your internet connection and make sure your firewall is not blocking the agent, then confirm with VAGHAUS on WhatsApp that the request was received. The status badge on this page shows whether the remote desk is online, with hours shown in your local time.
Do I need the Connect Agent for file services?
No. Offline file services such as Component Protection transfer, BMS, airbag crash data and Immo Off file processing do not need the agent. Connect Agent is used for live C123EF0 and supported ENET/DoIP diagnostic sessions, not offline file processing.
How do workshops outside Lebanon pay?
International payment is accepted via Visa or Western Union. Payment is made after the remote connection is established and compatibility is confirmed.
