Are VAGHAUS remote services available worldwide?

Yes. All remote services – C123EF0 ABS repair, Component Protection transfer, lithium battery BMS repair, airbag crash data reset and immo off ECU file processing – are available to workshops in any country.

What is the difference between a live remote service and a file service?

A live remote service (C123EF0) is performed on the car in real time over a DoIP connection using the VAGHAUS LB Connect Agent. A file service (Component Protection, BMS, airbag, immo off) means the workshop reads the module data, sends the file, and receives a processed file to write back. File services do not need the agent.

Is compatibility checked before payment?

Yes. Every job starts with a compatibility check based on vehicle, VIN and module part number. Nothing is processed until compatibility is confirmed.

Which brands are supported?

Volkswagen Group vehicles: Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini. Support depends on the exact module and service.

How safe is the live remote connection?

The in-house VAGHAUS LB Connect Agent installs in two clicks with no VPN configuration. The workshop requests access, VAGHAUS performs the job, and the workshop can drop the connection at any time.

How do workshops outside Lebanon pay?

International payment is accepted via Visa or Western Union after compatibility is confirmed.
